Registration Process

All the information registers will be safe and the user will be credentialed to access our website.

The user(customer) hereby agrees that

  • The contact and KYC information provided is true by Adfin Mark.
  • To update their contact data (email/mobile) if changed to avoid miscommunications.
  • To receive login credentials via email only upon registration formality and user is the solely responsible for the usage and conduct of the given service.

Service usage

The customer hereby agrees that

  • Adfin Mark plays a neutral role in terms of service offering as TRAI and telecom operators own the major part of the infrastructure, which means Adfin Mark has no guarantee regarding the SMS delivery time or network availability.
  • The customer sends only valuable and authentic information that doesn’t involve fraud, threat, misleading, or adult content.
  • The customer is bounded not to send information that is against Indian laws or violates third-party rights.
  • To maintain dignity and patience if in case the service goes down for any period that is out of Adfin Mark limits and not to cause disrespect to Adfin Mark property or its employees.
  • If any link(s) within the Adfin Mark website that let the user leave the website such as payment gateway, TRAI regulations, DLT operator website, etc are not under the control of Adfin Mark and the user is required to read their terms of service and not to blame Adfin Mark further.
  • Adfin Mark never offers a mobile database.
  • Adfin Mark has the right to suspend or terminate the user’s service if the user misused the service provided by us.

Payment 

  • In case of payment failure, Adfin Mark takes no responsibility and the user will be advised to contact their respective bank with the reference ID.
  • Adfin Mark doesn’t offer any type of refund.
  • The user hereby agrees to pay the full amount in advance online (Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit/Cheque) and the service will be delivered once the cheque gets cleared or money falls into the account of Digimiles in case of NEFT/Cash deposit.

Use of your data

Adfin Mark may use your information for communication, advertising, optimization, and with the governing agencies with whom we have contractual relationships. By using our service and providing your data, you agree to us doing so by this term of privacy and applicable data protection laws.

Adfin Mark has the right to modify the terms mentioned on this page with/without notice to the users. So the users are advised to visit our terms & condition page regularly.
